Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition that you received it

- In the original packaging

- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong item shipped, etc.).
